All disputes to be arising from transactions, purchases and contracts with Cheap Paella Pans Limited shall be determined and governed by English Law.
All goods and products remain the sole property of Cheap Paella Pans Limited until paid for in full.
Orders placed with Cheap Paella Pans Limited shall not be binding unless Cheap Paella Pans Limited accepts them.
Whilst every effort will be made to effect deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Cheap Paella Pans Limited has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.
All goods must be paid for before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment date must be as stated, all payments must be made in Pounds Stirling.
Cheap Paella Pans Limited have the right to delay or cancel delivery.
All prices quoted on this site include VAT but exclude a Delivery charge, except for where the Free Delivery criteria is achieved. These prices are given at the checkout stages.
Deliveries, under normal circumstances, are dispatched 24 hours. If there is a problem with any part of an order we will try to let our customers know, either by telephone, fax, email or letter however under some circumstances if an item from your order is out of stock and is due back in stock within 7 working days of your order we may dispatch part of your order and dispatch the out of stock items within 7 working days. We can only dispatch to a full postal address. No PO Boxes please.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Please see our handy delivery page towards the top of each page for costs, Next Day Delivery starts from £6.45. We also offer a standard (3-5 day) delivery service which is free for all mainland uk services over £25. Our delivery charges include VAT.
Most items are dispatched by Private Carrier and will therefore require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to our Carriers Depot and a calling card will be left by the carrier with a contact telephone number for your local depot, for you to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel personally from the Carriers Depot. If uncollected after 3 days the parcel/parcels will be returned to us. The customer will incur the costs of the return delivery charge to our Sheffield warehouse and it will be up to you to contact us to arrange for redelivery (for which you will have to pay the postage costs again).
No exceptions will be made, please ensure you provide us with a delivery address which has someone available to accept delivery throughout the day. By placing an order with Cheap Paella Pans Limited you agree to these conditions.
Postage is extra to the Rep. of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and some Aberdeen postcodes. Orders for these locations should be submitted for a full quote. We reserve the right to revise the postage charges, if this is necessary. We will contact you with the quotation before your order is processed. Delivery to these postcodes may take a little longer to reach you.
We can accept the following credit/debit cards online as method of payment: Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro and PayPal/PayPal Express. We can also take most of these payments over the phone by calling 020 3006 2259 should you prefer not to pay for your goods online. We also accept BACS/Bank transfer and cheques as a form of payment. Please mark your order number (either given online or via telephone) on the payment as the reference number. Most UK payments are now sent through the faster payments service and as such will usually be credited to our account within 2 hours. We believe the internet should be a safer place for everyone to use without fear of losing personal information online. This is why we only adopt the highest standard of ssl encryption on our site. We use a 256 bit SSL encryption with site validation with GO DADDY, VNGO PROTECT and TRUSTWAVE. This will mean that you are encrypted to the highest standard whilst paying for goods on our site and will get the official green bar in your browser address bar whilst checking out or logged into your account.
Occasionally mistakes can happen with the information provided on our website, we employ a third party company LR web and design to make changes on our site. Please be aware of this when placing your order as we will not be held liable for obvious errors and reserve our right to cancel and refund orders at any time.
At Cheap Paella Pans Limited we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received them (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items but not any postage paid.
UK distance selling regulations allow a customer the right to cancel the order within 7 days of delivery. In the event that you wish to do this goods must be returned in an "as new" condition including shrink wrap, original box and instruction manuals. In the event that you do choose to return this to us you will be responsible for posting this back to us in a safe manor. Cheap Paella Pans Limited will not be held responsible for damage suffered during the postal trip back from yourself to us and as such we advise that you pack the products correctly and use an insured courier. If your product arrives to us damaged we will not issue a refund. You can elect to have the product shipped back to yourself in the event of this happening but this will be at your expense. Occasionally at our discretion we may decide to have our courier collect your returns from you at your expense we charge a flat fee of £12.00 for return parcels which will be deducted from your refund. Returns should be packaged in their original boxes in a well packaged manor, unused and bubble wrapped accordingly. All accessories must be shipped back with the product. Failure to do so could result in additional charges applied for damaged/missing products.
Postage paid on original orders will not be refunded. For orders that qualify for free delivery a "restocking" fee will be deducted from any refund to cover original delivery costs of £4.50 for free saver delivery and £7.50 for free next day delivery.
Occasionally products can be faulty. It is your responsibility to notify us of any fault with the product within 7 working days of the delivery date. You will need to pay the shipping back to us and if a fault is discovered then this will be refunded back to you. Cheap Paella Pans Limited will not be held responsible for damage suffered during the postal trip back from yourself to us and as such we advise that you pack the products correctly and use an insured courier. If your product arrives to us damaged we will not issue a refund. You can elect to have the product shipped back to yourself in the event of this happening but this will be at your expense. The maximum refund we can offer is the full purchase price of the product and we will not be held liable for any further charges beyond this you may have suffered. Cheap Paella Pans Limited will not be held responsible for any further charges over the original purchase price you may suffer as a result of a parcel been delayed or damaged on arrival.
Polished Steel Pans
Polished steel paella pans are polished in the factory, not for aesthetic reasons but to prevent the pan from rusting before its first use, after this you will then oil the pan after use to prevent rust building up in the future. Sometimes swirl marks appear on the polished pan from the polishing process. These are not scratches or pan damage and will disappear after the pan is used and the polish is removed.
Ordering the correct sized burner
Cheap Paella Pans Limited is not responsible for you ordering the correct sized burner. We have a burner/pan size guide on each of our products. If you choose not to follow this guide we are not responsible in any way for any injury caused by the collapse of legs or of the gas burner itself due to you ordering the incorrect burner for the pan used with it. If you are in any doubts over the correct sized burner you need please call us on 020 3006 2259 and we will be able to assist you.
Occasionally our online systems can show items as in stock when they may be out of stock. This is due to the many telephone orders we receive each day. If you wish to know if an item is in stock absolutely then please check with us by calling us on 020 3006 2259. Cheap Paella Pans Limited will refund you any money we receive from you in full in the event that an item is out of stock. Cheap Paella Pans Limited does not accept any responsibility for any other losses you may suffer from goods not been in stock.
Sometimes orders can be incorrect or missing items. It is your responsibility to let us know of any incorrect orders within 7 days of delivery. After this Cheap Paella Pans Limited will no longer be held responsible for missing items from an order.
Insurance/Products - Commercial Customers
Cheap Paella Pans Limited recommends that anyone who is trading in a commercial environment ensures they have adequate public liability insurance in place to cover both themselves and their equipment, Cheap Paella Pans Limited is not responsible for any equipment provided to you. It is your responsibility to have the equipment gas safe tested which is a requirement of many councils/event organisers. We recommend that if you are trading as a commercial customer you purchase a Professional Paella Set / Professional Paella Gas Burner. These not only include the additional of a Flame Failure Device which will cut off the gas should the flame become extinguished, they also include a higher grade of reinforced legs and are graded for Professional Use. Cheap Paella Pans Limited will not be held responsible for any customer who purchases a standard cooking set or gas burner from us for use in a professional/commercial environment. We have placed all our products which are fit for commercial use on one section of our website (listed below) and all commercial sets/burners have the word "professional" in their name to help you find them.

Hire Terms and Conditions - Relating to the Hire/Rental of Paella Sets from PaellaWorld
RENTAL EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO THIS CONTRACT.
The Company shall rent the
equipment listed on the invoice which will now be known as “the invoice”.
The rental payments shall be due whether or not the Customer has received notice of a payment. The payment terms of the rental are defined on the invoice.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE.
The Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and agrees to return it to the Company in the condition received
from the Company, with the exception of normal wear and tear. The Company or their appointed agent will determine normal wear and tear. All determinations made by the Company are final. Cheap Paella Pans Limited reserves the right to make a claim through a county court judgement for any damage or loss occurred to equipment whilst in a hire customers possession.
INSURANCE AND INSURANCE CERTIFICATE.
The Customer shall ensure they have adequate pubic liability insurance in place to use the equipment listed in the invoice. They
shall also ensure they have sufficient knowledge of how to use the equipment or will be employing someone to use the equipment who has sufficient knowledge. They must also conduct their own risk assessment for any event they are planning to hold in accordance with their insurers/local councils guidance.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
75% of total hire cost up to 14 days prior to the hire start date
50% of total hire cost up to 3 days prior to the hire start date
0% of total hire cost thereafter
This Rental shall begin on the effective date on the invoiceand shall terminate on return in fully working condition to the Company’s facility. If the equipment has to be repaired to return it to a fully working state the equipment will continue to be Rented until it is repaired. The Rental period will end only when the equipment has been returned to a fully working state.
CARE AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT.
The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Its use must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the equipment, including registration and/or licensing requirements, if any.
RETURN OF EQUIPMENT.
At the end of the Rental period, the Customer shall be obligated to return the equipment to the Company via the Companies courier service Interlink Express/DPD on the collection date detailed on the invoice. The courier can collect between 9am and 5pm on the collection day and the customer should make sure that someone is available at the above address that day between those times. A missed collection by interlink
express/DPD will result in an automatic £10 plus vat charge applied to the card supplied at booking plus a partial daily rental payment as determined by Cheap Paella Pans Limited.
OPTION TO RENEW.
If the Customer is not in default upon the expiration of this rental, the Customer shall have first option to rent the equipment on such terms as the parties may agree at that time.
ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT.
The Customer shall inspect each item of equipment delivered pursuant to this Rental. The Customer shall immediately notify the Company of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description of the equipment in the Equipment Schedule and test all items to ensure they are working upon delivery If the Customer fails to provide such notice in writing within 2 day(s) after the delivery of the equipment, the Customer will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment Schedule. Any subsequent claim that the equipment was not provided in fully functional order will not be considered.
FAILURE TO PERFORM
If the equipment fails to perform after the initial acceptance and check it will be the responsibility of the customer to repair and correct the problem. The Company will not be held responsible for any failure of equipment for any reason and the equipment will remain on rental unless a dispensation is granted in writing by the Company to waive the rental fees for the period of non performance. The company will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions due
to the Customer’s lack of operational or technical capability.
OWNERSHIP AND STATUS OF EQUIPMENT.
The equipment will be deemed to be personal property, regardless of the manner in which it may be attached to any other property. The Company shall be deemed to have retained title to the equipment at all times, unless the Company transfers the title bysale. The Customer shall immediately advise the Company regarding any notice of any claim, levy, lien, or legal process issued against the equipment.
The Company makes no warranties; express or implied, as to the equipment rented. The Customer assumes the responsibility for the condition of the equipment.
INDEMNITY OF COMPANY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES.
If the equipment is damaged or lost, the Company shall have the option of requiring the Customer to repair the equipment to a state of good working order, or replace the equipment with like equipment in good repair, which equipment shall become the property of the Company and subject to this contract.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY.
Liability for injury, disability, and death of workers and other persons caused by operating, handling, or transporting the equipment during the term of this Rental is the obligation of the Customer, and the Customer shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against all such liability. Customer shall maintain liability insurance of at least £2,000,000 or an amount deemed necessary by their local council (whichever is the greater)unless waived in writing by the Company.
All notices required or permitted under this Rental shall be deemed delivered when del ivered in person or by mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the appropriate party at the address shown for that party at the beginning of this Rental.
The Customer shall not assign or sublet any interest in this Rental or the equipment or permit the equipment to be used by anyone other than the Customer or Customer's employees, without Company's prior written consent.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or amendment of this contract shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. This contract replaces any and all prior agreements between the parties.
If any portion of this contract shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable If a court finds that any provision of this contract is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision, it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this contract shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce andcompel strict compliance with every provision of this contract.
