We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, 'as new', including all manuals and accessories, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased in November and December can be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Goods will be refunded within 30 days of return. We are not able to refund any delivery charges and you will be responsible for return postage costs.
Consumable products, such as foodstuffs, cannot be returned or refunded. Any items received back in any condition other than 'as new' will not be refunded and will be returned back to you, at your own cost.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you find that an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the issue.
Where goods are faulty or damaged, we can organise a replacement part or arrange for the collection of your goods. Either, the replacement part or item will be shipped out to you at our expense; or a full refund given, provided the item has been verified as faulty and is complete with all accessories.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
