Return & Refund Policy
Many thanks for shopping at Paella World (www.paellaworld.co.uk). We want you to be entirely satisfied by your purchase and have many years of wonderful enjoyment.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering.
As we dispatch your purchase the same day as you order it, in order that you receive it as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and in any event, within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your product has not been shipped by our Courier Company, then you will receive a full refund.
If your product has been shipped then we will arrange for your product to be returned. Any refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you will have to notify us of your decision to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing your order. If you call or email us we will do our best to help and support you
